The cancellation conditions are based on § 535 BGB Absatz 1+2 Content and primary duties of the rental agreement
(1) The rental agreement obliges the landlord to grant the tenant the rental object during the rental period. The landlord has to leave the rental object to the tenant in a condition that enables the tenant to use it according to the contract and has to uphold this condition. He has to provide for the charges on the rental object.
(2) The tenant is obliged to pay the rent that has been agreed on with the landlord.
Independent travel:
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the event are free of charge.
Cancellations up to 1 week before the event are charged with 50% of the booked services.
Cancellations up to 2 days before the event are charged with 80% of the booked services.
In this case the cancellation costs are only charged if the hotel cannot rent the rooms to someone else.
